MEP Projects realization is the core of our engineering competencies and Project Planning Division has a successful track record of various MEP Projects in Kuwait and abroad.
Project Planning Division with related Installation & Services Division, Manufacturing Division and Trading Division is technically capable organization with expertise, the qualified engineers and technicians, the office and storage facilities, the authorities approvals etc in executing major MEP Projects. The reputation and successful history of the Division is attributable to the integrated interdivisional approach and expertise related to Project Contracting, Planning and Control, Engineering, installation, Operations and Commissioning.

Installation

This Division started independent operations as Residential Services Division in the year 2001 to provide high quality residential services to the residential sectors. It aims to provides a single source of services related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil etc. It provides annual maintenance contracts which include preventive maintenance and on call services. Its also caters to one time service calls.
The Division has developed service enabling resources like a 24/7 Call centre, Computerized Service Call Management System, a fleet of wireless equipped service vehicles, a pool of dedicated technical support teams, well stocked warehouse, in-house service workshop etc.
Based on the above capabilities the Division strives to provide quick, efficient and reliable maintenance services.

Maintenance

Al-Hajri International Co. W.L.L Maintenance Division provides long term contractual maintenance for large facilities as well as random service call Maintenance. It has the resources like in-house maintenance workshop and motor rewinding facilities, a fleet of service vehicle with in-house vehicle maintenance workshop, a vast pool of engineers and technical staff, well stocked warehouses to provide quality service to the customer. Planned preventive maintenance procedures are deployed and latest state of the art Computerised Maintenance Management Softwares like MAXIMO, Datastream etc are used to ensure top quality service and also taking care of customers valuable assets.

Installation

Current Status

As a result of FRAC's continuous adaptation to market specifics an operation component of Project Division is transferred to installation and Services Division. Accordingly Project Sales and Planning as basic activities of Project Planning Division, are complimentary to re-engineered status of Installation and Services Division for the purpose of requisite optimization in the process of complex Project's realization.
